Move over Ruffle's All Dressed, there's a new sheriff in town - Edamame! Try this flavourful recipe for a dose of healthy fats, fibre, and protein.

All Dressed Edamame
Makes: 2 Servings  /  Prep Time: 5-7 Minutes


2 cups Frozen Edamame, In Shell
3/4 cup Water
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
1/8 tsp Brown Sugar, Packed
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Cayenne
1/4 tsp Salt


1. To prepare All Dressed Seasoning: add brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt in a small bowl. Stir to combine and break up any clumps of  brown sugar. Set aside.
2. Place frozen edamame with water in a microwaveable dish. Cover and microwave for 3-4 minutes.
3. Drain excess water. Stir in olive oil and vinegar.
4. Season edamame with prepared All Dressed Seasoning. Toss to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy!
